Certificate of completion document on a desk

What your certificate shows

  • Your name and the course you completed
  • Completion date and course duration in hours
  • Assessment result and unique certificate number (format GWSTA-2026-000001)
  • Training provider: Go World Safety Training
  • QR code linking to the public verification page

How issuance works

Certificate generation is enforced on the server. A certificate is only created when all required lessons are complete, all required activities and knowledge checks are complete, the final examination is passed at the required score, and the course is published. Nothing about completion can be changed from the browser.

Expiry and revocation

Courses may set an expiry period (commonly three years). Expired certificates show as EXPIRED on verification. Administrators can revoke a certificate for a documented reason; the historical record is retained and public verification displays CERTIFICATE REVOKED.

This Certificate of Completion confirms successful completion of training provided by Go World Safety Training. Unless expressly stated, this course is not represented as government-issued, WorkSafe Saskatchewan-approved, WCB-approved, or other regulatory certification.
