The terms that govern your use of Go World Safety Training.

Acceptance
- By registering for or using Go World Safety Training you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts created by an employer for an employee may allow that employer to view training progress and certificates for assigned courses.
- Sharing accounts or completing training on behalf of another person is prohibited and may result in certificate revocation.
Training and certificates
- Courses are awareness-level training unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Certificates of Completion confirm that you completed Go World training. They are not licences, permits, or regulatory certifications.
- Go World may correct, expire or revoke a certificate where an administrative error, integrity violation or fraudulent completion is documented.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, publish or redistribute course content.
- Do not attempt to interfere with assessment integrity, certificate generation or other users' data.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
Availability and changes
- We may update course content, features and pricing. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
- Training supports, and does not replace, site-specific procedures, supervision, competent instruction and applicable law. Go World is not liable for workplace decisions made by learners or employers.
