Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, role and, for employer accounts, company name.
- Learning data: enrollments, lesson and module progress, time spent, quiz and examination results, certificates.
- Accessibility preferences you choose. We never ask for disability or medical information.
- Technical data such as IP address for security, rate limiting and audit logging.
How we use information
- To deliver courses, record progress and issue certificates.
- To let employers monitor training they assigned and paid for.
- To provide support and respond to tickets.
- To protect the platform, detect abuse and maintain audit logs.
Certificate verification
- Public verification shows only the certificate number, holder name, course, dates, provider and status. No contact details, address or account information are exposed.
Security
- Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing and are never retrievable.
- Access is controlled by role-based permissions.
- Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
Your choices
- You can update your profile and accessibility preferences at any time.
- You can request correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must retain for certificate integrity.
Payments
- We do not store credit card details. Any future online payments are processed by a payment provider using secure hosted components.
